First of all, let me say the portrait was done well. The only problem I had with that was in the set-up process they have a special instructions area where they have suggestions on specific instructions such as leaving the collar on. I asked for that and when the portrait arrived...no collar. When I contacted customer service, they said they don't do that and when I asked why it is one of their suggestions, they immediately said they changed the policy. Also, be VERY sure of what you want! You have 30 minutes to cancel the order and you will not get a preview. My best friends sweet dog passed during the summer, and this is a gift for Christmas. So, the person who performed the work gets the company the 2 stars. The customer service and policies departments get a big fat zero star.

I asked about getting a gift ft receipt and not an invoice in the package and no in responded. Also, you should really let consumers know your products will not arrive before Christmas.
