I had to go through two rounds of revisions with W&W to get the art to look like my pet (they were extra busy during the holidays and I think the quality of their art suffered a bit during that time) but they were more than willing to work with me until they got it right. We LOVE the final product!

I initially ordered a pet portrait for my daughter for Christmas. it arrived very well done but must have gotten damp in transit because there were ripples in the print. I sent a message to customer service and they quickly got back to me to make it right. I spoke to a representative who not only told me a knew one would be sent out but also make a few corrections on fur color and name spelling. The reason for the 4 stars; I could not requested to be wrapped with extra care in shipping so it did not arrive damaged again. Thankfully, it arrived looking Great! They are a great company to work with.

Update. They did respond. Email was in my junk folder. *Order was received damaged and with an incorrect name for my dog. Filled out the error form, received an email confirming last week and have heard nothing since.

I lost my cat Boots October 2022, and I knew I had to do something memorable and unique to honour him. I found west and Willow and thought it would be perfect. I ordered my portrait of Boots in the beginning of January and it was here within a few weeks, as stated it would be. The artist did a good job depicting him. The only thing is I would have made his eyes a brighter green because he had the most stunning eyes, but when I looked back to the picture I sent in the shadowing made them look darker. So if you are thinking about doing this for your pet or for an animal, make sure you get a really good photo of them showing exactly how they look to someone who has never seen them before. Other than that, I am very pleased with my portrait and will be ordering more for my other pets:) I also loved that they had other options for background colour rather than just black or white, because Boots had the most beautiful green eyes so I went with the sage colour background. It turned out so gorgeous.

I just received my order of my two dogs and I love it! The likeness to the pictures I sent is fantastic. I have had so many compliments on it already. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the shipping seemed to take a long time (3 weeks as per the tracking information). Otherwise everything has been fantastic and I highly recommend!

Hi W&W! Overall, my first exchange and order with you has been great. Thus, I am giving 4-stars, as I know a lot of things happen that are out of your control. I will still name the issues that occurred during my recent experience in hopes they will be tended to in the future, as needed: 1. I submitted my images on 12/23. 1/2 I received an email saying the images were lost due to a technical issues. Again, no one’s fault, just an error in online systems. 2. The order included two portraits, both of a different pet (Riesee and Porter). When the original order was delivered it included two portraits of the same pet (Porter). 3. I engaged with customer care reps, all who were lovely. However, I ended up getting contacted several times (by different reps) and submitted the original two images several times before it seemed to be resolved. 4. The new order arrived last night, which (as I named in all of my emails with customer care) was to include the one portrait missing from my original order (Riesee). The order included two portraits of Riesee (the image that was NOT included in my first order) so it was technically resolved. I absolutely will be ordering with W&W in the future. I do hope these technical issues have a clear root so they can be tended to. Thank you all!

I ordered and a minute after I ordered I realized I made a typo. Site says you have only 30 minutes to make contact for a correction or cancellation. The email I got said it might be days before they replied. I was worried I was stuck with the wrong item but they finally replied, saw that I made the 30 min window and said they will correct it. Glad they honored their policy.

I purchased this for a friend that had lost both her pups within months of each other, and the picture came out lovely. The lost star came due to damage of the frame. I do understand that carriers/shipping can’t be controlled, however, corner protectors could’ve gone a long way to helping prevent it. That’s the only complaint I have.
