I’ve updated my review from 1 to 3 stars because of the way the company reconciled the issue. They asked me what I felt was incorrect, they fixed it and sent me a proof before printing and shipping it to me at no further cost. The second one was much better and more accurate. I wish they would just send a proof the first time around to avoid this happening, given that my description on my original order was EXACTLY the same as what I told them they needed to fix. Original review: The dog is completely crooked on the page and not at all lined up with his name at the top. It looks like you’re staring at the frame with your head tilted in two different directions. So disappointed because this was supposed to be a gift and I’m embarrassed to give it.

I haven't seen the finished product or at least a proof. Being asked to review before the deal is closed is why I only based the 3 stars. Although, the ease of placing the order was fairly easy to use. Also I needed to add to my order and customer service was speedy, prompt, and helpful.

Will I get a preview of my portrait before it is sent? Worried about the color of my dog looking odd with the background and frame colors that I chose. Also, it would be helpful if it told me when the estimated shipping time is. I paid $15 extra to get my portrait to the front of the line, but there is no way for customers to know how much sooner they will be receiving it. In other words, there’s no true way to see that the $15 fee is being used as it says it will be.

The entire process was easy and fine. I am buying this as a gift for my daughter, would have liked two additional things for the order. 1. A place for a gift note to enclose and 2. A place where I could write you a note or ask a question. Thanks

Pretty much self guided and would have liked to have an in the spot chat as I’m surprised that only one size is offered . I would have liked to order a larger photo but didn’t see the option although site shows customers holding larger sizes

The frame should have a rest on it so you can sit it on a nightstand or end table. I was very disappointed in the frames quality. Also, not being able to sit it on a flat surface is not practical or versatile. I just received it a week ago for my adult son's birthday, and I'm overall disappointed!

I ordered a framed photo as well as the digital copy. My framed photo is expected to arrive today but my digital copy is somehow still processing. Very confused as to how I am about to receive my print but have still heard nothing about my digital download.

It was difficult going back and forth between screens and shopping. Also, I’m a second time purchaser and a discount code would have been cool to either be provided for return customers or something. I had to go and search for West and Willow discount codes and the majority of them were Expired. The worst part is even though my items “originally” cost more than $100, I did NOT get the free shipping as promised. It’s not my issue that you only use the discounted price. I’m a repeat customer and you ended up punishing me for it by charging me $10 to ship. It’s TOTALLY misleading through your advertisements. I would have come back Over and over again, but not sure I will now. It’s a shame because what I have purchased thus far was beautiful and a beautiful gift to someone that lives through the loss of a pet.
