Frame was dirty had a weird film on it, ordered this for a friend and felt like it didn’t look like the photo. I had already ordered another one for my daughter hope it turns out better than the first one.

Slow and unhelpful customer service. So far no updates about my order.

The ordering process was easy however the product is really bad. Only one of the four prints I ordered remotely resembles the photos I submitted. You failed to capture the colors on on of my dogs and the eyes on one makes my dog look like they are stoned. I think you need to review your process and quality control to ensure the prints resemble the photos submitted and if your process isn’t going to produce a good result, you tell the customer to submit different photos. Or you could send proofs of the prints before shipping them so the buyer can approve the final product. I spent $60 on each of these prints and only one is usable. I am deeply regretting this purchase.

I’m a little disappointed in my purchase. I was so excited to gift this to my niece who lost her pup that grew up with her. She received it today and I watched her open it via FaceTime as she lives four hours away. The blanket is not like in the photos that are depicted on the website. Her dogs name is in a block box? Not just written on the blanket like the photos show. They also put the photo on and there’s two pieces of photo sticking out the sides of the photo. It’s a great photo of the dog but as a memory item that I spent over $130 on, I’m a little upset that it didn’t turn out the way I was expecting. The photo was the best I could get of him and if it was too hard to do I should have been told that it wouldn’t have turned out. I was also expecting to get an email “mock up” so I could view what it would look like.

Update: Customer service reached out to me to make this right. I sent a copy of what I received and they redid it. They sent me a proof to approve before they mailed it out and I was really impressed. I don't know what happened the first time but the new one looks amazing online. I haven't received it in print yet but if it looks like what they emailed me, I will be very happy! I was really impressed with the customer service. Original: I was just super disappointed in the results. The pictures posted online are so cute and they look so realistic with so much detail. What I received doesn't even look like my dog. The colors are all wrong. You can't see any detail in her fur because the brown the chose is so dark. The thick paper was rolled which caused wrinkling. I was just bummed because we lost our dog this summer and I thought this would be a super cute way to have her in our home but was disappointed it didn't look like the advertising online.

The artwork doesn’t look like the photo I sent when purchasing. Disappointed with it, especially with the price point. Frame looks great though.

A week after I put in my order I was told they didn’t have the photo and weren’t given a time frame on when our portrait will be done. It’s supposed to be in before Christmas but not sure if it’ll make it in time with the delay.

I placed my order over two weeks ago and have received zero updates- not even a notification of it being in progress or an expected delivery date.
