Recently, they got the same order wrong twice but were happy to send me replacements. My boyfriend and I have ordered other portraits in the past and loved the artwork.

The customer service of W&W is great. The first print I received was very dissapointing and it was probably because the photo I sent had other "elements" (bows in her hair) which were removed from the final print but resulted in a wonky result. I contact them via email and received an immediate response. They offered to redraw the portrait and I sent them a couple of other photos to use. I haven't seen the finished product yet, but the proof they sent me is better. I still don't love the rendering of my dog - technically it looks like her but seems sort of "flat" - but part of that may be because she's a white dog and it's probably difficult to capture, however, they changed the background color at my request and were very patient and kind because I was so dissapointed in the print. So while the print is 3 stars, the customer service is 5 stars+++.

Image of my pet is great! Thank you. It arrived faster than expected. There were some conflicting shipment updates, but I think those were the delivery vendors issues.

I ordered 3 individual pictures. Two out of 3 came out beautiful. However, one of my photos which was my yorkie ( with blonde hair ) and the photo was brown/black. I’m waiting to hear back from them. Hopefully, they can replace it with another photo I sent them. My family has bought several photos of their dogs and they’ve come out great.
