Easy guide on website to follow to help use the right photo. Within a week I was advised the picture is being shipped. The reason for 4 stars is that during the process it showed I was eligible for free shipping but at checkout it showed I was paying for shipping. After contacting customer service they explained the total cost before tax wasn't eligible for free shipping. I think they have to get that right before you go to checkout. This is my 2nd picture and the quality is excellent.

I thought I added the digital copy in my order so I declined the offer when it popped up because I could not see the itemized receipt before checking out. It would be helpful to see your cart before checking out.

It was an easy process. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I made this purchase as a gift and did not see a way to add a gift message. I would think this is something people would give as a gift so that would be an important option.

I wish they could do a preview of what it may look like

I received my dog’s portrait today and it is beautiful! It is an (almost) perfect depiction of the photo I provided at the time of the order. The work was done quickly, and shipping to Canada took approx. 2 weeks. I think it would be ideal if there was an opportunity to view the portrait in advance of it being finalize. In the portrait my dog has much more white around his snout than he did in reality. A quick view and opportunity to provide feedback would improve the final product. Even with that, it is still beautiful and a lovely, unique keepsake!

Updated review: I received the product. I have to admit I am impressed. It came out really good. I wish they would improve the packaging as it got damaged a little on the corner. Other than that: great product. I would also suggest to unsubscribe as soon as you can: they will bombard you otherwise with advertisements. I will order from this site again.

I had two separate prints done. One with two cats and the second of our dog. The first time around I wasn’t happy with how the animals turned out. I left a review and was quickly contacted about making it right. I found the people who helped me to be excellent to work with. Very friendly and willing to help. They sent proofs before printing the second sent. I think sending a proof the first time would be a really great way to avoid this in the first place. Very happy with our fixed up prints!

W & W have been very responsive in answer to my question about the size of my order. I did not see that 2 animal portraits had to be larger than 8.5 x11. Trustpilot is asking for a review weeks before I receive my order. Strange timing
