Pillows advertised, and though it says the insert is sold separately, I see no way to order the pillow insert. Cover is useless without the insert. And if we must purchase elsewhere, the site should say that and advise as to the proper insert size to fit the case - they do not typically match one another. Hard to send as a gift, incomplete.

Wish I could give this a higher rating. We're very happy with the end result but the customer experience is terrible. After your order there is zero communication about your order status. I even purchased the add-on for expediting the order and it still took almost a month to receive my order.

Black and white dog had brown in the delivered art. Drew a body that didn’t match the golden retriever. You should offer a preview and one round of revisions. Won’t be using the $170 art created. :(
