I placed an order on December 2 and I’ve received absolutely no updates. Does not appear that this order has shipped. Also, I constantly get emails asking me to buy other things from you. I would buy some thing else when I haven’t even gotten the first thing.

Our portrait turned out okay. The first one we got a few years back seemed to be of better quality. Also, the corner of the frame arrived damaged which was disappointing. I filed a claim. We will see what happens and what the turnaround time is like.

I still don’t have my digital download or physical print. I just don’t get how a digital file can take so long? Customer service for first lost print was very polite and efficient though. The rating is due to west and willow having $100 from me for weeks and I still have nothing to show for it.

I paid to go to the front of the line to get my order quickly and I have not received a single update in over 10 days since placing my order. It said it would take 5-7 days for my order to be shipped and it has not made it out to shipping yet.

Just received my art today, it came quickly but I’m not super impressed by the quality. The names are not centered on the photo and there’s a weird mark above one of the dog’s heads. I don’t think it is worth the price that I paid ($120).

Well...my dog doesn't look like my dog. He's a German Shepherd with brown and black fur, yet the picture has him mostly white on his left side. I'm not quite understanding why there's no proof process. It would save everyone time and money.
