Everything was great and super easy to follow. However I was ordering due to the 20% Memorial Day offer and it told me the code SPRING was invalid. I had to order anyway to get it in time for my best friend’s birthday. I hope I get credited the 20%.

I like the simplicity of the image, and how much it looks just like my Gracie. I am frustrated that I paid extra for the digital download image but never got it.

The products are great. The website is eh. Never could see where I could log in so I could bring up my previous orders bc I wanted to order an item again. Not the whole order, just one of the items. There was no way to do that. Not user friendly or easy to navigate.

There needs to be a preview / email ect of our product that we are purchasing especially if we are sending it as a gift. I found so many other custom sites after the fact that indeed offer a preview and many have updates along the way.

Did not purchase in frame. Sadly print was very wrinkled when opened to point will never be able to smooth out completely. Picture was fine but would prefer to be able to view prior to shipment as coloring was off a bit. Disappointed as thought would be a great gift, but don’t think it was at all worth the cost.

When checking out it showed me a picture I uploaded of the animal with the background included in the actual photo frame that I was purchasing. Made me suspicious I was not buying an art portrait of the animal instead of uploading and picture and you making a frame for it. I tried to buy multiple ones to make sure it did it with every item and it did.
