Here’s the good: this is a lovely concept and the materials are high quality. Here’s the less than good: the three dog portrait didn’t turn out great. Dog #1 was perfect. Dog #2 was okay. And dog #3 looks like someone said “shoot! I spent way too much time on dog #1!” and moved on without finishing. They’re also not in the correct proportion - I contacted customer support after placing the order with a photo showing all 3 to make sure that wouldn’t happen. I received confirmation of that request… and the biggest dog is smaller than the two small dogs. I wanted to love this. It’s a great idea and I’ve seen some really beautiful work on other orders.

Honestly a little disappointed point in the product. The rendering of my dog was well done but it’s in the bottom third of the frame and the name is very small and near the top. The focal point of the image is large empty space in the middle. The images on the website appear to be centered much better. I wish they had sent a draft to approve. The price point is high- almost $100 for an 8x10 to not love the final product. I will say shipping was great!

Ordered 4 weeks ago still no updates. No updates given during processing. I had to reach out twice

Unfortunately both my Christmas gifts ordered had issues. The first picture’s frame came broken. The second picture was not an accurate description of the original picture submitted. You also cannot contact customer service except through email, which takes a couple days at minimum for a response. I was also disappointed in the quality of frame. It was a very cheap frame with thin a plastic sheet. The packaging was poor as well. Both pictures ordered were stacked on top of each other with no padding at all. I believe this resulted in the broken frame. I’ve contacted customer service through email and am waiting to see how it will be resolved. Unfortunately I’m out 2 Christmas gifts. Overall I would not recommend.

I’ve been trying to reach their customer service and no one has responded. Not sure why I got sent a review email I haven’t received my item yet.

The quality of the frame was not great. There is a gap in the one corner. I was really shocked that it was so small and the image just looked like a filter. Disappointed we spent $75 on a gift for someone and it doesn’t look like it’s worth anywhere close to that.

The poster was bent upon arrival. Bummer for a $62 poster.
