The picture I received doesn’t look like our cat. I ordered it after she recently passed to help remember her and I was so disappointed to see the final product.

I’ve used other similar services, like Harold Home, to buy a similar portrait at a similar price point (in that case, an illustration of our home. Harold Home provided unlimited rounds of revisions, which is quite generous, to ensure you’re pleased with your portrait and it accurately reflects the subject. I was very surprised to find after I’d already made my purchase that West & Willow provides no revisions or proofs. My expensive portrait ultimately does not really look like my dog, who has quite distinctive features. If this was a $40 to $50 item, fine - it doesn’t have to be perfect. Given that I paid over $100 for this custom item, I expected it to be much closer in looking like my dog. If you have a pure bred run of the mill looking dog with no distinctive features, you’ll probably be fine. I held off on purchasing this for 1-2 years because I was concerned about this very thing happening, and now I wish I had never bought it.

Crack on the sides

Disappointing and not what I was expecting. The frame is poorly made and the seams don’t fit together at the corners. I also wasn’t expecting the face of the frame to be plastic of some sort rather than glass. Not the quality I expected for such a high price.

Ordered a portrait of our two puppies for my daughter’s birthday. Was informed by the company that my order will arrive in two to three weeks. Waited three and a half weeks. Finally decided to reach for update. Two days after emailed sent, got a response that the photo of one of the pups was not a good quality and asking me to send new photo. Was never contacted prior to my inquiry. Of course I got upset, the gift at this point wouldn’t arrive on time. I had to file dispute with my credit card. Horrible customer service. As per company reply, My order number # 579919. Order was placed on August 24th.

The picture I received looked nothing like my dog.

I ordered a blanket and paid for express printing 10 days ago. Why send me a survey before I received the present? I am very excited to get it soon, but I haven’t yet. I also have not received a single update on the order, which has me a bit worried. Would love to know what the status is, and I would be happy to retake the survey once I get the blanket!

We have not received our pet portrait yet. I have contacted you twice regarding the UPS tracking notifications. They state they need further address information. I contacted you regarding this notification & you stated you have complete address. However, I don’t think UPS has the complete address information.
