The picture isn’t cantered so it looks a bit off. The name looks like it could have been a bit bigger. It also took almost a month to get it. Just not worth the money.

Picture has a piece of material / dirt behind the clear plastic. The picture is enclosed with staples that you essentially cannot fold to access and remove. Very disappointed. Also the fact that you could not preview artwork before it came was a little inconvenient to ensure you were okay with how it’ll look. The cost is too much not to have that feature.

It would have been great to see a preview of the dog/s in a picture. I was very nervous not knowing how they were going to be placed. but looking at finished orders those looked awesome. I would have given 5 stars but I ordered the frame in white because my daughter in law has all white frames but it came in black.

Cute design, but cheap materials. I got a 2 pet portrait and for how expensive it was, it’s not what I was hoping for. The design is cute, but the dogs are not proportioned to each other correctly (the smaller dog looks bigger than the large dog) and the frame came cracked. You cannot see a proof before they send you your order (red flag!). I received a replacement without a cracked frame, but I was told the drawings were going to be fixed and they were not. Overall, not worth the price.

I was happy about it getting shipped and delivered fast. I ordered 2 portraits, they were nice, my dog's portrait was perfect but a little disappointed with the one for my cat, my cat's face looked fat because of the color shades they used. I also thought the the gap between the printed name and picture was too much and lastly, the sage color is more like a grey color!

I got a portrait of our recently deceased dog for my fiancé. The portrait quality is great but our dog is a different color than in the picture I sent. He was white and in the the portrait he looks beige. Maybe I shouldn’t have done a white background but I wish they would’ve contacted me to change the background color or something.

I love the concept and the advertised product. When I received mine, I was a bit disappointed in the lack of contrast in the picture of my black lab who recently passed away. Very little highlighting and definition to him. It’s a lot of money to get something that isn’t what you expected. Maybe I should have gotten a larger picture than 8x10.
