Incredibly disappointed. I ordered two portraits, and both look completely AI generated and are terrible. The portraits were highly overpriced for the very low level of quality that they are. This was an absolute waste of my money and I would never recommend this product to anyone.

I ordered two pictures of my family members dogs who passed. Neither one look remotely close to the photos I sent in. It’s so bad I can’t even give the framed pictures as a gift. I will be throwing them away. Bunch of money wasted.

I ordered a portrait as a surprise gift for my daughter. It has been 3 weeks and had not been delivered. Tracking shows UPS delivered to post office but post office is not showing that they have it. I reached out to customer service and they told me that she needs to check with post office. She lives in a big city where there are several list office branches. I paid extra for this to be expedited and am very disappointed that I am not getting any help locating the item that I ordered and paid for

I was very disappointed in the pictures I received from West and Willow. I made sure the pictures that I sent in showed the colors of my pets with great lighting and what they recommend. My pictures came back really dark to the point it’s almost hard to even see our cats. Paying almost $200 for these pictures was a mistake. I will never use this company again.

I sent 2 emails requesting a follow up. Nobody has contacted me and your company is telling me my order has already shipped. I haven’t received anything yet and you are asking for a review.

I've been waiting almost a month, so I decided to check on my order and they just now told me there is no photo. So I don't understand when I placed the order why I wasnt contacted at that time that there was a problem.

The names on my picture were reversed which I explained a few times and wrote it out how I wanted it! No one has responded to me yet. Not happy!
