I ordered one with no frame. The portrait itself is great, but I was disappointed to see it rolled up for shipping. It was an 8x10 so very easily could have been shipped flat.

I’d like to know how long the order takes before paying. Once we got the order it was beautiful! It came faster than we thought it would, and it was a great gift for my mom! The customer service was also very helpful.

Excellent customer service. Super responsive and willing to go the extra mile. Was super impressed the first time I ordered with my first dog. I ordered recently with two dogs and the finished result made my two dogs look so sad. One barely looks like him. I wish they would have asked for a different picture or reached out for a proof. Both dogs are at different angles and one just looks very generic-not like my dog at all. Very disappointed with the end product.

Customer service is great and resolved my issue quickly. Just wish I had an idea when I’d be receiving my item after selecting the skip the line option and how much faster I’d actually get my portrait versus opting for regular shipping.
