The prints turned out really bad. I would return them if possible. Will definitely not be hanging them.

The quality of the artwork was terrible. It was too dark. There was little evidence of editing other than photoshopping the head. Paid extra to have the image emailed and I had to email them to send it to me.

I purchased 2 royal pet portraits for my husband's birthday. I regret not viewing the portraits prior to him opening the package. He laughed, thinking I created the portraits using AI. Both portraits were strange-looking. When I contacted W & W, they assured me that they could fix the issue. I dropped the portraits off at the charity shop expecting to receive new ones, except W&W cannot fix the problem. They've emailed me updated images that are not suitable. I no longer have the portraits in my possession, and I don't even want replacements anymore. They are only offering me a refund of 30%.

I placed my order on 9/8/24. I’ve traded emails with customer service. They assured me my order was on the way. Now they are not responding anymore. I have yet to receive my order. You advertise it takes 2-3 weeks. It’s been almost 5 weeks. I want a refund. Horrible experience.
