I got 2 pictures done and one has great detail and is amazing while the other one looks like it used a different technique, with bolder brush strokes and definitely not as life like. Not sure if it was because of the picture I gave them but otherwise really love these products!

Would have loved a few more different options for the background. As well as it was difficult for me to determine how the sizes would actually look. Maybe in the pictures it would be nice to list measurements of the ones chosen so you could see it next to the pet featured. But I’m excited to see how it turns out!

I love my pieces and this is the second time I am ordering something from West and Willow but I wish it was easier to find out how to not have the name included. It took me a very long time to figure it out, I even had to google it. I wish there was a side not or disclaimer instead of having to get out of my order and search your site and then head to google. Also OMG so many marketing emails, like a million a day.

The image came out pretty well, however I would have liked to see a draft first. The shoulders don’t look realistic, which I assume is a product of them having to smooth out the collars in the photo. The image emphasizes the face over the body/shoulders of the dog, so all-in-all, I’m happy with how it came out.
