I paid ten dollars extra for a walnut frame and what arrived was just the plain white frame.

Ordered as a Christmas gift well ahead of Christmas . It’s now 2 weeks after Christmas and I still have not revived my order. Contacted company and they said my order must have been lost in the mail. They say they will re send it. I hope it’s worth the wait. Customer service did respond within a couple days which has been the only positive so far

The picture was for my daughter and her boyfriend for Christmas. Looking at the pictures online, it looks more like a photograph of the picture you upload to the website when ordering. But when she received it, it is more like a cartoon drawing of the same breed, not a replication of your pet. The only thing personal about it is that you add the pets name. Had I known that I could have framed a picture of their dog and used a Cricut Maker to add the dogs name. Don't get me wrong they thought it was cute but it was way overpriced for what you actually get.

The picture I sent in, my dog is a black poodle with grey hairs. The picture I got was a brown poodle. And the clarity of the picture was not great compared to others shown online.

There were a couple of glitches, communication was't well. I wrote two messages and never heard back from either one.

I had to resubmit my artwork 4 times for it to get done somewhat correctly. The 2nd & 3rd time the photos were the exact same with no changes made. The last edit was done about a shade darker than id hope (I just wanted gray & they kept doing black). This was suppose to be a Christmas gift and unfortunately it will be given as a later gift because the initial colors weren't correct and the multiple revisions took so long. I love the idea & concept. Customer service is pretty good. Just wish more effort went into getting it correct.

Nope. Do not recommend. It’s not worth the money. I ordered a 2 pet portrait for my best friend for Christmas. The one dog looks great. It looks like the other dog was copied and pasted from some stock photo. For $160…. Nope. I submitted a complaint to the company and received an AUTOMATED response that i might hear from a human in 5-7 days. Nope. Shouldn’t have to wait that long and shouldn’t have the issue of the rending not resembling the pet at all. This could be a very easy, consistent gift for your pet lover friends…. But never again. I should have used a rendering app on the same photos and submitted it to someone on fiver to make it print ready. To make matters worse…. It doesn’t feel quality- the frame looks inexpensive and the value is not there. Maybe i could overlook some of this if it didn’t look so much like a stock photo.. but i feel completely ripped off
