The picture was very nice but the eyes were very dark brown and in the pic they are a soft brown. One of Jazzy’s best attributes.

My art work looks great! Frame had some sticky glue on it that I had to scrub off. Overall great but frame could have been cleaner and better quality for the price.

Just ok, photo that was finally used was not my first choice and the photo that was finally used. Did not have a complete picture of him. It was missing a bowtie. Thank you.

Hello Jean, Thank you for your feedback. We understand your disappointment and appreciate you sharing your thoughts. As noted on our FAQ page, collars, bows, hats, and other accessories aren’t illustrated in the final portrait. We truly value your input and thank you for choosing West & Willow.

The photos turned out perfect!! We got just the print without the frame and the photo did come a bit wrinkled with permanent creases in it. Overall, love the pictures but would recommend getting the frame.

The goldendoodle looks lust like him but the mix breeds head is a little big

I thought it was going to be a photo of my dog, not a cartoon type thing on a white background. A bit dissatisfied with that but, whatever. Wouldn’t buy again from this company.

Received my second piece of artwork today and I couldn’t be happier! The only reason for not giving a full five stars is because when we went to hang it, the print was upside down in the frame so we had to open it and flip it. Otherwise, it is simply perfection!

Hello Tracy, Thank you so much! We’re thrilled you love your second piece, and we apologize for the framing mix-up. We truly appreciate your continued support! 💛

Picture is okay. I wish I could have seen a mock up of the final piece so I could see what the picture would've looked like. I might have picked a better picture. I think the name could have been larger.
