I was hoping to get a proof before the picture was printed. Would have changed photo of one pet that would have worked better.

Service and shipping were fast. But unfortunately I don’t think the interpretation looks like our fur baby……I didn’t open it before giving to my husband as a birthday picture and now I feel like I short changed him. I was excited to see it. I should’ve opened it when it arrived. My mistake. But again- fast turnaround on order.

Poor quality frame and picture hook on the wrong side of the frame. The artist did a beautiful job, but the gaps on each corner of the gram make it look haphazard. I would really like a new frame for the artwork. I will submit photos.

It took 48 days from placing the order to delivery and then it didn't even look like our dog. We have a doodle with super curly hair and we received a picture that looks like a golden retriever. No curls at all. The general shape and coloring is right, that's about it.

I didn’t really love my pet’s photo because it wasn’t the best angle. I wish that W&W reached out to let me know that it wasn’t the best photo submission and that they requested another one. Instead they sent one that made his neck look strange. It ended up taking over a month to redo because they were behind on orders and I still haven’t even received the final item. I ordered this during Black Friday and have yet to receive my new item and it’s now Jan 10th. they did fix the photo but again. It just took too long when it all could’ve been avoided from the start… or please offer a preview option. I purchased as a Christmas gift and haven’t been able to gift it yet .

I got a photo of my moms two Great Danes side by side. The photos I sent in were VERY clear of what the dogs eyes looked like. One Dane has one blue eye and one brown/blue eye. When they sent the copy to me, she had BOTH BROWN eyes. I reached out to them 3 different times and it took nearly a month to hear back from west and willow. So glad I got this gift for my mom as her Christmas gift.. here we are 3 weeks later and still no final copy.. poor costumer service. And the designers clearly didn’t look at the photos I sent or care to do the art correct. I have ordered MULTIPLE pieces from them and they all have turned out great however, due to this poor experience I will not be purchasing any items from them again.

I was very disappointed with my experience from West and Willow and would not recommend. I ordered 3 pet portraits in late October expecting them to arrive well before Christmas. Instead, I barely got the portraits 2 days before Christmas, after I sent multiple emails asking about the status. They clearly were behind on their orders but left me pretty much in the dark. If they had been honest and transparent, I would have appreciated it a lot more. When I finally received and opened my orders, I discovered that 1 of the portraits had been misprinted. It is the second week of January and I am still waiting for the new portrait to be shipped. Very disappointing service.

Never received proof before order was shipped. Told them what was wrong; didn’t fix it In first fix.. didn’t take into account any of my feedback. Second fix was acceptable but still not Perfect. Gave up. This was a Christmas gift and had to give it looking terrible, couldn’t continue to wait. Timelines were inaccurate for responses. Wouldn’t order again
