I’ve reached out twice for someone to co text me regarding my pet picture. The coloring isn’t right and his teeth are beige white. It doesn’t look like my yellow lab!

I have only received the mug so far but I hate it. I just did not capture my pups look the way I hoped it would. He looks angry on the mug. This was a gift for my husband after we lost our Jackson and I was really disappointed. I’m hoping the portrait is better. We will see.

I placed my order almost a month ago, provided a photo and pet name and then did not see any updates on it since placing order. So I reached out to customer service who said they didn’t have the photo or pet name, so I sent that over, and since have still not seen an update or shipment notification. I’m hoping it is in the works

Very dissapointed in this. I got the custom phone case and used a high quality photo, but for how much it cost it seems cheaply made. The case itself is clear rubber with no support and the picture feels like it’ll be scratched immediately. I wish there was a way to get a refund because it’s nothing like I expected. This was a gift for my dad and when my mom saw it she said it looked “anime style” and creepy.

I wish you offered a proof of how the photo would look White dog on a white background did not work for me. For the price I expected better results.
