The good: I ordered a framed print the day after my dog died, and it arrived in about 7 days. I appreciate the fast turnaround. The print is very cute and resembles the photo I sent. The "meh": I ordered a framed 8x10 which is fairly small, all things considered, and it cost just about $100. The site mentions their "artists" but to me it looks like someone just applied a cartoon filter over the photo. Again, it looks very cute, but actually holding this thing in my hands makes me question why it was so expensive. Overall: I made an expensive grief-based decision and while I don't completely regret it, I don't know if I would do it again because of the cost.

Can’t really review yet, ordered place 6/13 and it has not been shipped . I’m aware it takes awhile but how can I review something I haven’t seen

Amazing customer service. They are very willing to fix any issues with your portrait at no extra cost & send you a new one. My suggestion would be to have an option to review the portrait prior to the final product being delivered. Therefore, it would avoid the above issue & you wouldn’t have to wait for shipping again.

They did such a great job on my photo. I chose the extra fast option for a little more money and I was shocked how quickly my picture came! And it was beautiful!

Bought one for my husband for Fathers Day and one for my son’s birthday. Can’t wait for them to open these. Very unique and well done.

I wanted to see a proof of the blanket. Sent a message and I got a response immediately but then nothing.
