West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Wrong size way to small and cropped my dog out way too much :( I wanted it to be the same size as my last order.

I am still waiting for my parcel which was ordered a month ago: ( Thanks! Didnt see the email. Are you able to resend Updated Jan 3rd. I now have the package and very much like the product however it took a very long time to arrive and arrived after the holidays for which it was intended. Any rebates available? I would be happy to change the rating. Kind regards,

It honestly looks nothing like the photo I gave except that it looks like a dog. I won’t be able to give this as the gift I intended.

I have still not received my order. I placed it on November 5th. Tracker shows it’s been shipped via UPS but has been sitting in a sorting facility for 13 days. Support has not offered any solutions. So disappointed ☹️

I first was under the impression that I could use my coupon as a new customer, but because there was already a sale on the item, I wasn’t permitted to. And to be clear, this portrait is always on sale so I’m not sure when I would be able to apply it. Secondly, the site wasn’t working when I was trying to buy the digital print. It’s kept removing it from my cart, so when I followed up, I was told it was because I removed it, which was completely false. Thirdly, the product itself is below my expectations. It looks like a cheap app did the picture and it surely doesn’t look painted. Fourthly, I keep getting spammed now by this company. I won’t be returning and would hope I can get a partial refund for this.

I never write reviews like this but I need to warn other people. I bought this as a gift and it looks so cheap and the picture doesn’t event look like what I sent. I wanted to buy my dogs too and I’m so glad I didn’t.

If I could give this company a zero I would do so. I paid for a photo of my daughter’s dog to be done and eventually was sent a photo so black that you could not even see any facial features. I contacted the site via email and requested either a revised photo or a refund. About two weeks later I received an email with a photo that had barely, if any, changed from the original. I again contacted them and resent the original photo that I had sent. I have yet to hear back from them after numerous attempts and have not received a revised photo. Since then, I have contacted this site numerous more times requesting a refund or the photo and have received neither nor will they respond to my emails. This site is a scam and I have reported it. Please do not use this farce company.

I have ordered 4 times from west and willow. This is the 2nd time that the color of the dog is wrong. Thus, I have had 2 VERY good experiences and 2 bad. The time and frustration of re-doing the wrong ones is outweighing the benefit.
