My Cat just dues and this is a great reminder of the love I have for him.

The ordering process was super simple! I liked the color options for backdrops! My cat is a well known chef and I was sad to see I couldnt have her little chef hat added somehow, I will for sure be adding one myself.

I ordered 2 prints of my dog that were framed plus the digital copy of the print. The 2 framed prints were great. Both of my daughters loved it. However the problem was that I never received the digital copy. After writing a review I did receive my digital copy and I am very pleased. I appreciate West & Willow for correcting the situation.

I originally had concerns about inconsistent delivery time. The Support Team addressed it right away and it all worked out beautifully. We are very happy with the end result.

My best friend loved her print in the end and I appreciated the quick response for an issue I had with a detail on the photo. I do think that having an option to wait for a proof to be approved could be helpful to the process so that a possible issue can be caught before it’s printed and shipped. Other than that I am very happy with my experience and will recommend to others.

At first my photo came with the wrong names above my pets but customer service redid it and even though I took forever to respond they made everything exactly how I wanted it. I love this and it look exactly like my pets. I love it!!!

I would like to have seen the picture before I paid for it.

Love the idea of custom-made pet portraits! Overall the ordering process was almost pain-free….what would make it amazing is if the customer could edit the order while it’s ‘in the cart’. I had to re-do 3 times because of a minor mistype of pet’s name or wrong size portrait selected or the digital version wasn’t added when clicked. Overall thankful and looking forward to the portraits that made by humans and not AI.
