This is an adorable concept. I ordered multiple paintings for Christmas, I ordered myself one for my dog and cat. It’s adorable, but unfortunately they made my cat look huge, like the dog and the cat were the same size unlike the pictures they advertise. My dog didn’t really look like himself, the picture I sent had a little bit more detail of his face, this painting makes him kind of look like a yellow blob with eyes. And they mixed up the names on the top, it says my cats name above my dog, and vice versa. Which could’ve been my vault when I was submitting the name and photo. All not a big deal, still very cute. The rest of my paintings turned out great, except for the size thing, when you get multiple pets in the painting they’re going to be the same size unlike the reference paintings with dogs and cats.

The mugs were not as big as I thought they might be but they did hold the 15 oz as promised. The photo was not as crisp and colorful as pictured online.

I’ve made an order and paid, but as yet have not had any correspondence from you, so I’m unable to make comment at this stage.

Not worth $90.00 at all. My pet’s name wasn’t centered over his picture. The spacing of the letters in his name are off. Not the best quality.

Gift card issues Hope the product itself is much more wonderful than purchasing a gift card. I had to back out of the system entirely to get it to accept my card number because it kept clearing it out once I entered the CVV. Then the instructions when you purchased the gift card didn't match what I received. I was expecting West & Willow to send an email to my friend but instead I just had to forward it, and it didn't feel like a genuine gift giving experience.

We had received a photo of our pups as a gift and it was absolutely adorable. We decided to order a photo of my brothers beagle as a gift to him. While it arrived in tact, we were quite disappointed in the quality of the print and the placement of the photo with our purchase. The print of the name even seemed off. It would seem we should have seen a proof or something prior to completion, unfortunately they don't do this.

I received my picture today. While the actual picture is amazing, the frame seems very cheaply made with gapes in the corner seams. I have the same picture of my other dog ordered previously, and the frame is thicker and more robust. So unfortunately when I put them together on the wall they do not match.

I got two portraits done, one for each of my dogs and the pictures themselves turned out great, but I noticed at the top of the picture a bit of wrinkling which made them look a little bit homemade which was kind of disappointing especially considering the price I paid for them. I emailed West & Willow right away and waited 4 days and never got a response which is horrible customer service, even if they could have suggested a way to fix it would have been helpful.
