I ordered two portraits for 2 dogs. One came out beautifully, the other looks a bit demonic. This company took a lot of liberties with the eye features of one of my dogs… she doesn’t have amber eyes, but I got a dog with amber eyes. Not fully happy with my order.

Have not received the digital print and did not get to preview the order prior to shipment

I just don’t think the picture looks like the dog at all… it looks like a bear. :( super disappointed

Pros: prints turned out cute, customer service is responsive and accommodating. Cons: my prints arrived wrinkled and customer service responded quickly by sending me replacements. I was ensured that the replacements wouldn't be wrinkled. The replacements arrived wrinkled as well. Very disappointed. It's a cute concept but the quality isn't worth the $$.

Was excited to get a hand painted photo of the dog. ITS NOT! It’s just a printable version of the photo that was submitted. There’s nothing hand painted. the vinyl like photo peeled off within 2 days of use. Waste of money.

This was an awful experience especially for the price. It was for Christmas for our two dogs that passed away from cancer. One picture was good, the other took 5 different versions to get her eyes right. No idea why it was so difficult, but it took a long time and lots of emails. Then when I finally got the new one in the mail the frame was broken and picture and staples coming out. During the first issue they were responsive, I emailed them again about the broken frame and heard nothing. I had to try and reframe the picture and it’s not what I was looking to spend my time doing. Also, I could face made these if I really wanted to but I thought I’d try this out. Not again, not recommended. Ordered 11/27/22, still trying to deal with this 1/28/23.

I was not givin an opportunity to add a discount in the checkout and had to pay full price

The case is really cute.. but I ordered a custom phone case as a gift for my mom. The order did not arrive until a month after ordering. Now she has had it for less than 3 weeks and the design is coming off already.
