Was easy to order - and the price was reasonable

It’s great but purchasing a gift card could be better. Will I receive a card? How does this work? There is zero information in gift cards. Just the place to order and that’s it. I’ve ordered, now what?

I haven’t got an email to confirm or neither to accept the picture of our pup for printing. I sent out an order last Sunday and still haven’t received confirmation of order.

I had to get in touch as the initial portrait I received had missed a key part of my dog's features, but they replaced it free of charge. The communication was fast and friendly, but it just seems like a crazy business model to replace and ship a second portrait when they could do a free proof round as part of the original service and save this hassle and cost?

Wish there was somewhere i could have gave some personal info on buddy. He was paralyzed for the past 10 years. I wish i could of shown you a new pic showing all his white and gray hair around his face an DC his golden brown eyes. The pic i sent is 10 yrs old. He passed suddenly on may 17 so i couldn't take any new pics.

First art I received is my dog’s face got a completely different face by adding unnecessary eyes. I contacted the team, the team responded and renewed the art immediately. Second art I received is good. Thanks.

I ordered two different pictures and they turned out amazing! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because I was sent the wrong frames. However, when I reached out to customer service, they were very responsive and replacements are on the way at no extra charge.
