My original order was wrong and it was a 12x14 frame, now you sent me the right picture smaller frame . I paid for a 12x14. Hopefully you can send me what I paid for!!!!!!!!

The drawing west and willow sent looked nothing like the dog. I am really reasonable and knew it wouldn’t be perfectly like the dog, but it didn’t even look like the same breed. I was shocked. It’s 3 month later and haven’t received the replacement. I did agree that the 3rd try at drawing the dog was nice enough to gift to my sister. But almost 3 months have passed. I asked for my money back and that wasn’t an option. The customer care people have been mostly reliable with emailing me and I appreciate that and still have hope I will get a nice product, but I don’t recommend this company at all.

First portrait sent looked nothing like our dog. Resent portrait was still only a vague resemblance and took over a month to be redone. Was trying to optimistic and then when it arrived the frame has a scratch in the wood.

Cute idea and I loved all the examples shown online. I feel like mine was more like a cartoon. You really should do proofs.

I placed an order on 12/11/2022, and it was not until 12/27 that I received an email stating that the photo I provided “did not go through,” due to some error on the company’s site. I provided a new photo, and ultimately the pet’s name was misspelled. I was told new artwork would be created promptly, however it was anything but that. Customer service was usually quick to respond to me but the actual process behind the scenes took an insane amount of time.

I wanted to buy the poster without the frame and I couldn't. The website made me both the print with the frame.

I placed my order just before new years. A few weeks later I received my picture via UPS and the picture wasn’t right. I wrote and asked why I didn’t receive a preview picture and the nice woman that responded said they don’t send previews. They fixed the picture and sent me another in the wrong color frame. Today (2/1) I received the corrected version. I would think that for the money that I spent and they spent replacing my picture (twice) they would just send out a proof that could be approved and it would save everyone time and a lot of money!

I placed an order for two individual dog portraits on 12/11/22. I paid the additional $30 to skip the line for both of the portraits. The order did not arrive until 1/4/23, and it was incorrect. I received two portraits of the same dog, with the two different dog names. I then submitted a request to have a replacement, which did not arrive until 1/15/23. This took an extremely long time to finally receive the correct order. I was not even offered to have the $30 refunded for “skipping the line.” I will not make another purchase with West and Willow and I will not recommend it to anyone.
