I ordered this on Black Friday and I have still not received it (mid-January)

How about not scam shoppers by sending out a used, worn sweater with the wrong embroidery? I ordered a Shiba inu dog embroidered sweater for Christmas on 12/8/24 and got a confirmation on 12/17 that my order shipped. On 12/20, I received a used cat embroidered sweater instead of a dog embroidery. I notified the seller and they said they'd send out correct one asap. I asked if they can make it happen by Christmas otherwise I'd like to cancel and get a refund. They ignored and said that replacement is in works and sent artwork for the Shiba ina... Where was the artwork proof first time around? I think they scammed knowing they couldn't fulfill the order by Christmas and just shipped an old sweatshirt to have tracking for proof. I still don't have the sweatshirt..

Has been nearly 2 months and I still have not received my package. The package has been sent twice, apparently. The company sent me a digital copy as an apology and the names were wrong - which is likely going to lead to a THIRD shipment, if I ever get that one.

There was a big colour omission in the chest of our bird picture, which makes it not look like our pet. Very disappointed as it was a gift four our son, whose bird has passed away.

Order was never fulfilled till I had to reach out. Then they ensured me my order would arrive in time for Christmas and I didn't. Then said they would give me a refund and i've when that will be and no one will get back to me.

Picture didn’t really look like pet. I paid for Skip the Line so that I could give as a gift and they spelled the name wrong so I didn’t receive it in time.

I ordered a large pet portrait, and they printed it completely random, incorrect name of my pet. I have emailed their Customer Support email twice and I have heard nothing in return. $144 wasted so far
