Easy to design. Proof will be end result of product. But all in all the design experience is fine. Thank you.

I wanted more of a black & white photo. This colored picture of Ollie looked more like an artists rendering. My fault for not reading the fine print.

My daughter got a picture for our one dog. I had to order another one because they are so cute! The only thing I would change on your end is since the pictures are expensive, you need to preview the picture before you buy it to make sure it’s the right one!

Really love your work, looks just like the picture.

It’s important to know that the frame quality is not what appears on the website. It’s a very flimsy frame. I was hoping it would be thicker and it’s thin and cheap and easily comes apart. I had two issues with the first shipment. The frame had come apart and was damaged. Customer service was very quick to agree to replace it which was good. Be sure to mention in the notes to make sure frame is secure before shipping. The other problem is that you are not able to receive a proof first to make sure you are happy with your dogs appearance. Unfortunately the lighting in the photo I uploaded lightened my dogs face. My dog is all brown and I didn’t think the lightness was substantial enough to give him half of a white face in the portrait. Unfortunately when I received the portrait it didn’t look like my dog and was actually quite upsetting. I am happy to report now that customer service was fantastic! They not only corrected his face but sent me a proof first to make sure it was to my liking. Not only that but when they shipped, the frame was intact. Every day now I smile when I see the portrait on the wall. It’s perfectly cute and after issues were corrected West & Willow did a great job!

Hi W & W, the web experience for the selection and building of my dog painting was great:) The lack of forecasting delivery time until post payment along with forcing me to do download the SHOP ap to track my order was a total misuse of my time and very frustrating. If you want repeat customers, you will need to address this part of the sales process. Thank you.

Wonderful picture of my dog

Just received the 3 portraits I ordered. I did not order the frames because I wanted to choose my own so when the package arrived I was a bit disappointed that the portraits were rolled and not protected ( just simple plastic bag).It was raining that day and the package was left at the front door. Glad I was home and no demage! Please protected the portraits with better quality package. I was a bit disappointed with the quality .... honestly the portraits look like they are printed from the computer but when I framed the portraits they look like advertised on the website. Framing did the job !
