Inaccurate drawing of my pets and does not reply to emails regarding any changes. Order was not delivered on time and was constantly being delayed.

Ummm the image of my dog looks really really weird and nothing like the picture that I sent. I would love to attach both photos and send them to you so you could see. I am really not happy with it.

I have twice been asked to write a review but am yet to receive my order. I’m now feeling anxious that it’s a scam.

I ordered these items over 6 weeks ago, had to reach out multiple times to find out status. I still haven't received them. They were Christmas gifts and by the time I get them it'll almost be February. Would not recommend to anyone.

Part of my order never arrived. UPS keeps pushing off the delivery date of over 2 weeks, package is probably my lost.

I placed this order as a gift in the first few days of December. It still has not arrived and it’s january 15th. The customer service has been horrible and still no estimated date of when I’ll get my item.

BROKEN FRAME

Awful.. after I placed the order no one contacted me for 4 days.. then… they tried to say that’s the policy. No phone. Number to call and speak with an actual person. .:: picture does not look like our dog !
