Easy to order and good instructions

My experience has been nothing but GREAT! My two puppies were depicted just right on the first time!! Would not change a thing! The item came rolled up to prevent creases. Mine did come with a slight crease but the West and Willow team was fast to send me a new one! Kent has amazing customer service and helped me with my order! Nothing but good to say about this company! Will definitely be back for friends and family gifts!!👏🏼

Our picture turned out absolutely perfect of our two mini golden doodles. It almost brought us to tears when we opened it.

This site is so easy to use and navigate. Ordering was very smooth and the picture came in quickly and they also shipped in an appropriate box to protect it.
