The picture itself came out great! However, it came shipped with just cardboard and the frame was cracked. Maybe shipping with bubble wrap would help

Adequate product, but nothing special for the price. I would not purchase again.

I am having troubles seeing the photo I have uploaded. This makes me wonder if you have received the correct photo. Where am I able to verify that you received the photo I sent?

I have been waiting quite awhile with no notification from W & W about the status of the order. I do not even know if both orders are being processed & when they will be sent.

There was no way to edit before I placed my order. The size defaulted to 8x10. I wanted a larger size but didn’t want to start over with the order.

Hi Vicki, Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. It was an uncommon instance. We would like the opportunity to investigate your feedback further.

I have no idea. I put my order in and that was all I know

Christine
I would have to receive my digital link when my items shipped. Not after I get the item.

Hi Christine, Thank you for your feedback! We are still working on making some internal changes based on your recommendations.
Cindy
Easy to order but it would be nice to preview what the framed photo will look like BEFORE you purchase. Especially for the fact that my order is a gift.

Hi Cindy, We're so glad to know that you find the order process easy to do! Also, as of the moment, we don't have a system set up for preview yet. We are still working on making some internal changes based on your recommendations. 👍🏼
