West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

I have not received the picture yet but the site was fine and easy to move around in

Navigating through the site was easy. I can't wait to receive my portrait!

I have had the most wonderful experience with West and Willow! They regularly updated me about my order, responded quickly to my questions/concerns, and have been so kind throughout the entire process! The portrait of my pups is SO accurate and well done; I can tell there was a great deal of work put into making it special! When I opened my package I cried a little! I HIGHLY recommend West and Willow for all of your pet portrait needs!!!

So super impressed! Captured my sweet 15 year old pup perfectly:)

This is absolutely beautiful and looks just like my dog! The shipping was quick and it’s amazing work.

The prints look exactly like the picture photograph submitted and actually captures the animal!

I was very happy with the work and the way they brought our pets pictures to life. Edith with the support team was great when I needed a fix and everything turned out beautifully.

There was an issue with my order and they immediately emailed me. I told them what I wanted and I reordered my portrait on the same day as the email. My reorder was more than the original, I paid for the new one, and my refund on the original order was issued within two days. The portrait I received was so awesome. Thank you West & Willow for the perfect gift!
