Excellent customer service when I had an issue with an original order they responded right away and asked questions relevant to my complaint, tried to incorporate my comments into the new design and made my new portrait everything I wanted. They really went above and beyond and it was incredibly refreshing and the portrait was beautiful second time around.

I bought two portraits as christmas gift for my partner and my mum. When I opened the parcel and saw the pictures I started crying so so much. They look exactly the same.
