We’ve ordered several time as we love these renditions. This year we ordered one as a gift. It arrived shattered! I know there is a way to file a claim but i did not take photos of the shattered glass as I was too busy cleaning it up right away etc. so i did not bothered filing the claim. Just thought you should know. The photo rendition of the pup is very cute.

I sent a picture of my fur baby to West and Willows team to ask if it was good enough to print. They suggested something a bit brighter with a bit more of my fur babies neck available. I took another picture and sent it to their team asking for their advice and they said the second photo was perfect to print. They were so right! Don't hesitate to email their team with questions as they are very helpful. I was very impressed with the framed print of my fur baby. I will definitely use West and Willow again and highly recommend them to family and friends. Thank you West and Willow as this is going to be a Christmas present for my wife. She's going to love it!
