Love how they turned out but dropped a few stars because the brackets on the back of the picture frame arrived upside down and off-center. Additionally, in one of the photos we ordered, the sizing of our dog looks awkward. Overall very happy and will order again, just a bit disappointed for the price.

Really frustrated with the whole automated experience. I accept that shipping will take a while but why keep sending me emails asking for my view when I clearly won't have received the items yet. Similarly, I had another email asking if I'd like to buy the electronic image which I thought a good idea while I wait for the actual finished artwork, but despite having paid it, instead of receiving a link to the images which I expected, it hasn't been sent through and instead I'm again subjected to more emails asking my experience. Update 20/Feb/2024 - overall it's an efficient service that delivers what's ordered. I found some of the automated emails annoying but others may prefer that. The picture is a pretty good likeness and reasonable price given it's coming from the US.

First round I didn’t receive my print - I actually got a print of a map, not my dogs. Customer service was amazing at correcting it. I received my print today. I love it, but even though the print was rolled and in a bag/tube, the print has slight creases that I think will show up when framed. I didn’t order it framed because my husband builds frames and I thought it would be fun for him to make his own frame for it. Kind of bummed - I have it laying flat under some heavy books hoping it will flatten out enough to not notice once framed.

The color of one of my dogs didn't end up being correct, so I'm torn whether to give these to my partner for Christmas or not. We are greiving the loss of the dog, so I may be too critical, but a chocolate lab is a chocolate. I think sending a mock proof before printing and sending, or a simple questionnaire before purchase: what color is your dog? would be helpful. The products were easy to purchase, and were shipped fairly quickly.

The shipping address was not able to be changed even well before shipping would occur. This travesty is going to lead to the item not being able to be given at Christmas

there was no way to contact customer service and no way to edit the billing address which was incorrect

Haven’t gotten the item yet and hopefully it will be good. My comment is this- asking for a tip at checkout on a purchase at a retail site is tacky at best. If this was not the perfect gift for someone I would have ended it right there

loved the ease of placing the order and the quality of the product i got. the pictures are so accurate for the most part, i ordered two 2 pet and one 1 pet. the 1 pet and one of the 2 pet ones are great but the other 2 pet one looks very cartoony compared to the pictures i submitted and has a very brush stroked looked instead of like a picture. the other negatives i have is that when i received the products, they were rolled up and the pictures are creased due to being rolled up to fit into box and being printed on very thin normal paper instead of a thicker cardstock type.
