It looks nothing like the picture. Very disappointed. Looks nothing like I dog I sent in. Waste of money!!!

I received my order almost a month later for it to come bent and ripped. I was told I would get another one shortly after but it didn’t show till almost two weeks later. Once again bent and damage. The amount of money to get it damaged is very disappointing.

Haven’t received my order. Everyday the tracking says it will be delivered that day but it never gets delivered.

I want the status of the order I placed on January 20, 2025. I sent an e-mail but did not get a response yet I paid for the item.

Not good at all. Picture was way too small. Does not send for review before final.

Wrong item was sent. I’ve emailed customer service twice and zero response. Terrible.

Marketed as “artists” creating personalized images but it is clearly just a very very very low quality AI picture that anyone could do online. Disappointed in the money spent versus the quality delivered. Will definitely not be recommending.

The portrait looked nothing like the picture I sent it. This was for my best friend to remember her baby that was laid to rest a few days ago. Unfortunately she received it and was very confused and it was not the heartwarming reaction hoped for. I reached out to customer service and will see how they fix this issue.
