I received my digital download and I was not 100% satisfied with the layout. The quality of the art was great but I needed the order of my dogs to be switched around. West & Willow responded to my concern quickly and fixed the artwork within days. There was no hassle or fighting to get a replacement... their customer service is amazing and 100% customer satisfaction is truly their goal.
