West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

It’s just perfect!

The dog portraits were perfect, and I can’t wait to see my daughter open it for Christmas! There was a small issue with the coloring of one of the dogs, but the issue was quickly and perfectly resolved. Very responsive and friendly customer service.

Quickly responded to my inquiry (I must have removed digital copy at checkout) and remedied the issue immediately with the creation of an invoice and creating the copy.

I was worried about not seeing a preview of the product but the portrait and mug of my cat came out better than I expected. I absolutely love it so much - I wish I had more pets to get portraits of! The customer service is also incredible, I hardly ever leave reviews on my purchases but West & Willow really impressed me.

Amazing work! My picture is beautiful, arrived in the time frame promised and customer service was quick to respond when I had a question!!

I received my artwork today and it is AMAZING! This past Monday my dog Tess passed away and this will forever remind me of her! Excellent customer service and care…. I highly recommend!

My third dog photo obviously I love it.

Good experience as had to reorder due to damage on product. Thank you
