Said if I paid for Rush shipping it would come in for Valentine’s Day. It’s three days after and still hasn’t come in.

Advertised that it would be here before valentines. Did not receive. No one responded to me when I asked what would happen if I don’t receive before valentines. I emailed and texted and asked soon as I asked about the valentines promo, no one answered

Was dishonest about shipping timeline and missed a major holiday. DO NOT TRUST THEIR TIMELINES.

TERRIBLE QUALITY & SPEED

The picture I got back looked a black blob. Yes it is a black dog but thought you all could do better digitally with maybe a little contrast. Very disappointing after spending almost 100.00

I ordered an 8x10 of our young puppy who we sadly had to put down. Although I didn’t order it framed I expected it to come in a condition that I could frame it nicely myself. Unfortunately the print came rolled up and had multiple creases and is now useless.

Bloody frickin awful ! This company is a scam! Run

Lots of mistakes. They do not wait for you to confirmed revisions before sending put the final copy. Would not recommend.
