I love the idea and I like the product. The only thing I did not like was the editing of the picture. Why do they edit out the shoulders?? It kind of makes my dog look goofy.

The picture is well done, the only reason I gave 3 stars was because my dog’s eyes on the photo I provided are completely dark because she was blind and her pupils were completely dilated. When you recreated the photo you made her eyes brown… not blind looking like they were in real life. It’s okay though. I still like the product because before she went blind 2.5 years ago, her eyes were brown. She died 3 weeks ago and I had hoped to remember her like she was at the end of her life

I liked the font and background of my two dogs Pet Portrait. I was expecting it to be the photo and not a portrait- I would suggest naming portrait something like drawing- I had wanted the photos of my dogs. Also, I thought more of their upper body would be displayed-they are very low in the frame. I like the quality it just wasn't what I wanted-it was a misunderstanding that portrait was a drawing, not the photo.

The head looks accurate but the body is missing his coloring so it doesn’t look like my dog. I have ordered 2 others in the past and they were pretty accurate but this one missed the mark.

This was not as expected or similar to portraits ordered for family and friends before. I was always very pleased with the outcome of those but this one was a little disappointing. The eyes aren't a match and the body portion looks cartoonish. We just lost our dog and we're excited for a sweet memorial photo and this just didn't cut it. 3 stars because I've seen good portraits before. Overall, not worth the money if you're not getting a sample shot before to make sure you're invested.

I would have preferred to have seen a proof before the product was completed and sent. The positioning of our dog was low.
