I filled out a form about my dog’s portrait bot looking right and having the hanger off centered on the frame. No response was ever given other than I should get a reply within 2-3 days. Even filled out a review and no response.

The quality of the portraits is very low and the detail is lacking. Looks very computer generated and does not represent my pets as well as advertised. I would not order again and for the price paid, I am very disappointed. It would have been helpful if a proof would've been provided. Also, one of the frames came with a wall hanger and the other did not. I should've just done what I originally began to do and downloaded an edited app to do it myself.

The products were great but there were hiccups in delivery. The order was partially shipped and crickets from West & Willow. It took a month (of silence) and repeated efforts on my part to find out what was up with the rest of the order. Apparently a phone number was missing. Just seems in today's world it shouldn't take a month to figure that out

Underwhelmed. The images were really tiny and didn't capture the essence of the photos. I got better "drawings" using ChatGPT. Very overpriced.

I ordered two prints from them. One of them was awesome! The second one was SUCH poor quality. You couldn’t tell it was my cat and it was blurry. The second portrait cost $99 and they offered me a refund of $7.45 on that $99. Don’t risk it!

Blanket turned out just ok because my dog is white and the only background color option is white. Wish there was another color option.

This was a gift for my brother .It would have been helpful to see a rough draft of image that was being sent prior to sending it out I had to have my sister in law open the package and look at it to make sure it looked alright . A bit disappointed that they didn’t capture more of the detail of the dog’s color . at this point- after sending several messages- requesting a copy. I gave up- They don’t do proofs ahead of time… A lot of money - not worth the headache . Average photo-
