West & Willow did a wonderful job capturing the sweetness of our dog, Eddie, in the portrait I ordered. We lost Eddie just two months ago, and I know the portrait will bring so much comfort to my mom and the rest of our family. The customer support team was also very kind and quick to reply to my email outreach. Not only did I have a wonderful experience ordering from West & Willow, but they were able to get me my order within 12 days and just in time for Christmas. Easy to order, good quality, beautiful portrait.

My print is adorable and arrived ahead of schedule.

We just received our portrait of our two boys. This was actually our second pet portrait. Our first portrait was of my father and step-mother's fur baby. Daddy said "it was the best gift he had ever received." Likewise, the portrait of our two boys is absolutely precious. It captures them perfectly and is going to be a wonderful addition to our gallery wall. In addition, it arrived quickly and just as ordered.

Incredibly responsive and helpful with question about whether photo I submitted would work. And the finished product brought tears to my eyes and my friends who I gifted it to. Their sweet Layla had recently passed and this was a perfect way to keep her near!

This company was amazing. My original photo did not show up looking as I envisioned, so I reached out to their support team and got a very quick response. They then worked with me to make the picture exactly how I imagined, and they sent me a digital version to make sure I was happy with the results. After, the team sent me a new print and frame for free which showed up less than a week later, I even got to keep my original picture and frame they sent me. This company is amazing and I will definitely be buying from them in the future!

I was very impressed with the picture of my dog on the coffee cup. It looked better than I ever thought it could. I would highly recommend this product to anyone. I will also buy from this company again.
