Very nice site and offerings. The site is somewhat cumbersome (no intuitive way to "go back" to change sizes, colors) and no "preview". Otherwise, nice.

Hi Mary Lou, Thank you for the recommendation! We are working to have the option to edit the cart to make the process more seamless! We promise to make it up to you through the artwork!

I got a mug last year and loved it. I just ordered another one and everything is great but it would be even better if I could see a preview of my photo on the mug!

Hi Mary, We are so glad that you loved how it turned out! We're pleased that our efforts resonated with you. Also, as of the moment, we don't have a system set up for preview yet. We are still working on making some internal changes based on your recommendations. 👍🏼

Great product and easy site to navigate. Little too heavy on the constant contact and retargeting. Also, would like to see the finished product before it arrives.

Hi Gerald, Thank you so much for entrusting us with your pet's portrait! In an effort to get your order to you as efficiently as possible, we do not offer artwork previews. Guaranteed that we have extremely talented designers who will bring out the best in your pet. 👍🏼

I would have liked to have been able to be more specific in my descriptions. I love this idea. I'm just a bit nervous about if they'll come out the way I wanted given no options to explain or know if I want is possible.

The website and the way it's step by step is easy and makes the experience simple. Only down side I see is the turn around on purchase 3-4 weeks to receive it....hopefully here before x-mas 🤞.
