The pet portrait I ordered turned out just ok. There’s no proof feature so you really don’t know how it will turn out until you receive the product. Be careful with the photo you submit - I loved the photo I sent in, but turns out it doesn’t look great as a digital drawing/painting. The dog’s head looks misshapen. Love the concept, but it needs some tweaking.

I got 3 pictures and 2 of the frames are the wrong color from what I ordered. unfortunately they look really bad with white on white. out of 3 pictures I ordered, I ended up with a total of 11 pictures because the order kept getting shipped out wrong. I see it from everyone else, but they need to send a picture to your email before just shipping it out for you to be disappointed. what am I going to do with the same picture 4x a piece? finally came the way I wanted, but I ordered them in November for christmas gifts and didn’t get the correct orders until the end of January

Company sent my order to the wrong address not once but twice. To an address that doesn’t even exist. I reached out to make sure it was done properly which they told me it was. On top of it I had to wait an extra week for them to resend my order. The order again was not sent to the correct address, So I had to pay extra to have it to my local UPS. Did the company care? No. For the money paid for my items I expected the company to do better. Customer service was easy to reach even though their help was slow and still got the address wrong.

Pretty good but how the quality is when I get them.

The picture is cute, but for a 8x10 picture, the frame quality is poor for this cost. It is not even glass in the frame but plastic. I paid too much to receive a frame like this.

The picture of Faye is lovely but the paper it is printed on came with lots of wrinkles in it. Even in the frame you can see the folds. Need a different packing method, please.

good but its been a week and still no email about an update on my order

The sample pic online is much more impressive than what I received. My personal opinion is that you can get a better pic using an app. I would not purchase one again, especially for a gift.
