I expected more depth in the picture for a loved one grieving their dog. It just seems very simple, caricature-like. Even the font is very plain.

I had ordered an 8 x 10 and then emailed to let them know I choose the wrong size and to make my order the larger one. I received and email that the request went through. I even think I was charged for the larger size BUT I received the 8 x 10. The art is great but the size was wrong. I have the emails.

I can’t see what my pictures look like in the order and I can download the picture that I paid extra for. I wanted to give it as the gift until the photo arrives and it’s very frustrating

You guys did really well with the face of my dog but I don't know how you can mess up on the body so bad. Your website said you have real live artist creating these portrait but how can you guys have so much details for the face but just a blob for the body?

I got the coffee mug and my dog, a 50lb spaniel, looks like a tiny toy any old dog. I thought the picture would be a lot larger filling out the mug instead of a 1.5” image of any black spaniel. Also there was a blue flower petal on his ear which did not show up. Very disappointing

The examples in the website made the portraits look more realistic than this. What I got looks like a paint by numbers that is too dark for the white background and not much like my boyfriend's dog in particular. Also, the tongue looks triple exposed, not sure what happened there. My photo was well exposed and very clear.I only gave two stars instead of no stars because the turn around was quick and the website is easy to use. I wanted to give him a portrait of HIS dog for his birthday not A dog.

I purchased the largest size portrait as a gift for my sister who has a 10 yr old pit bull. When it arrived, it looked nothing like the phone I submitted. The color and markings were totally wrong. The quality of the paper that it’s printed on is also very cheap. I cannot believe I paid $80 for this. Definitely do not recommend. It’s unfortunate because the website really does a good job at getting your hopes up and I had such high expectations because my sister got me similar portraits of my dog and cat that look amazing and I thought it was the same company. Clearly not.
