Could someone please call me or send a number i can reach someone about my recent purchase.

I sent a certain picture in to get framed and I got a totally different image

It's been 20 days, and I still haven't received my order. I paid for rush service which was pointless. The worst part is there is no tracking information except through an unknown third-party that results in a confusion of broken links. Very disappointed.

I received my first order promptly. I was not happy with the portrait I felt the picture of my dog was to small for the picture. They remade the portrait and was supposed to ship it, I never received it! I reached out and they supposedly remade the picture and sent out again. I have yet to receive a replacement and can not get a response from anyone after several emails.

I ordered a picture of the dog with a towel on her head with the title "Sister Luna" because she looked like a nun. The mug i received has no sign of the towel and the artist put ears on the side of her head like Shrek. There are no ears in the picture I sent. She looks like a deformed husky

Picture came damaged and customer service just sends you in circles to get a replacement. Its a real shame because I purchased my picture for a family members dog who passed away and I now likely will not be able to give it to them in time.

I have received zero communication about my purchase and haven’t received it yet! How can I rate it?

Still have not received my ring!!! Will never order from this site again. Was so excited when I ordered. Not the way to do business!!!!
