Customer Service is exceptional. The color of my dog wasn't exactly what I expected and they kindly edited the picture, sent me a proof and sending the revised picture an no additional costs. Can't wait to give as a Christmas gift.

The customer service at West and Willow is fantastic! The team is very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a slight issue downloading my digital image and almost instantly I received an email with my download attached. On top of amazing customer service, I couldn’t love my items more. I purchased a coffee cup (which I LOVE) and an image of three of my animals. It is perfect! I cannot wait to surprise my fiancé with it on our wedding day. He will love it just as much as I do. Cannot recommend this company enough! Pro tip: If you’re like me and have some not cat or dog pets, they can still make an amazing masterpiece of other non-traditional animals, such as a snake.

My granddaughter was thrilled with the portrait of her dog, Gigi... who is a rock star by any measure. I had some problems with a frame damaged in shipping and West and Willow did a beautiful job of sending a new print and frame in a rush for my granddaughter's birthday.
