When I received the frame I literally cried tears! Bowser was my brothers dog but also a family dog and I just know he's going to fall in love with it, since bowser passed away 2 years ago and it broke all of our hearts! Experience with West and Willow was amazing, fast email responses and even faster shipping. One thing I’ll do in the future is recommend certain details in the animal pictures that you send. My dog was smiling in the picture I sent but the photo on the mug I got didn’t quite capture that smile. I am very happy with how it turned out besides that. Will definitely buy from again.
