Absolutely love my order. It’s turned out great !

I ordered a photo of my parents kitty to gift them for Christmas. I can not even describe how happy I am with how it came out. It looks exactly like their kitty and honestly came out way better than I thought it would. It is so so cute. I by accidently did not order a digital copy with it and contacted their support, they got back to me the same day and helped me resolve that issue. It was shipped out really fast too, it only took 10 days to be delivered to my house. Which is great for a personalized item! Their response time is great, the photo is great, and I am really happy with the company. Can't wait to order more for my other pets (:

The service for my concerns were handled quickly and to my satisfaction

I ordered two portraits this holiday season-one for my husband and one for my sister. They were both done very well, but the one for my sister was especially so. Her dog is 17. The picture I submitted was one of her in her prime when she was about 3. I am really excited to give it to my sis on Christmas and I think she may cry! I was worried that I didn't get to preview it, but it was a fun surprise to receive them and see how great they turned out!

The portrait turned out perfect! Unfortunately, the frame arrived cracked in the corner. I filled out the simple damage report and the next day they shipped off a new portrait! Could not be happier with customer service and the product!!

I love the portraits West & Willow make. This is the 3rd one I’ve ordered and each one has come out perfect. The team at w&w is great as well. I had a couple issues with the packaging and they were quick to resolve the issue.

We love how our pups picture turned out on the portrait and the coffee mugs. Excellent customer service.

Beautiful photo and mug! I wish I got a larger picture!
